Meet the Instructor

Dario is our amazing yoga instructor here at Tri Wellness. Dario has a wealth of experience after living and studying yoga and mindfulness in Rishikesh, India, the home of meditation. Since then Dario has taught private mindfulness and yoga to some of the worlds best in India, New Zealand, Australia and Italy.

What is Barre?

Barre is a strength and conditioning class which was originally designed to improve the strength within ballet dancers. Barre is a slow intensity workout which combines, eccentric (lengthening of a muscle) and isometric holds(maintaining the same position) to improve both muscular strength and endurance. If you want a workout which will challenge your muscles and help tone up, this is for you!

Within both Dario's group and 1-2-1 classes, he combines stretching and breathing techniques to help individuals relax and de-stress. Our yoga classes are designed to uplift and positively impact your emotions. Our teachers encourage gratification and visualisation throughout each session. If you want to become both physically and mentally resilient, strong, yet calm, tri yoga is for you!
