Q. How do I get a Tri Wellness account on App or on the portal?
A. If you haven’t received an email with your username or password, you can either contact your manager or us directly at admin@triwellness.co.uk and we can set you up an account. You will be sent an email to confirm your account has been created along with your login details.
Q. Where do I download the Tri App?
A. The Tri App is available on Google play store (for android users) and Apple App Store (for iPhone / iPad users).
Q. How do I connect my Fitbit or apple watch to the Tri App?
A. When trying to access ‘your weekly sleep tracker’ or ‘your weekly activity tracker’ and you have not yet logged into your Fitbit or apple account, the app will provide you with a hyperlink. Click on this link and it will take you to a login page. Put your Fitbit or Apple watch details in and the App will gather all past and present data!
Q. I can’t access a live class?
A. Please try refreshing your web page or App. If this still doesn’t work, we may be experiencing technical difficulties and we will be getting this fixed ASAP!
Q. Where do I find the live class timetable?
A. You can find the live class timetable in your App. Click on the three dots in the bottom right on your screen, there you will find ‘class timetable’.
Q. How long should I spend on my wellbeing in a week?
A. This is completely subjective to you. We do recommend, at least 20 minutes daily. This doesn’t have to be intense physical exercise, it could be something for your mental wellbeing too.
